Welcome to Klimaxx Karnival, where we promise an experience of unmatched fun, energy, and unforgettable moments! By joining our band, you’re not just a reveler—you’re part of a vibrant community celebrating the rich culture of Carnival.

Before we hit the road, we ask that you carefully review the following terms and conditions of participation.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Non-Refundable Down Payments

All down payments made toward your costume or package are strictly non-refundable.

Down payments are set at 40% of the total cost. Once paid, this amount is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Should you decide to withdraw, you must sell your costume. Klimaxx Karnival will not be involved in this process.

 

  1. No Switching Costumes or Sections

Once you have selected your costume and made a payment, you are not allowed to switch to another section or costume.

You must remain within the section and costume you initially chose and paid for.

 

  1. Payment Schedule

Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in your package details.

Failure to meet these deadlines without a valid or reasonable excuse will result in a penalty fee being added to your balance.

 

  1. Late Payments

If a payment is not received by the specified due date, a penalty fee will be added to your remaining balance.

Exceptions will only be considered for valid and verifiable reasons.

 

  1. Costume Collection & Distribution

A distribution date for costumes will be provided closer to Carnival time.

Costumes will only be distributed to those who have made full payment by the given deadline. No exceptions will be made.

 

  1. Packages & Regulations

Your participation and benefits are based on the package you choose and the timely completion of payments.

Any delays in payment may result in forfeiting certain benefits.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
